Trying to breathe I took
the long way to get disturbed
when I supposed to get calm.
every day and every step
I did was wrong
it's like a kind of bad joke.
Keep running but
my body wants to stop
I'm losing all I loved

There's a tiny rain
slow falling as I walk
and I was looking for the sun
I don't need no stumble
to get to the ground
I need a push to get up
I keep looking with my eyes
completely closed
I'm not asleep at all.

I don't gamble but I bet
everything's upside down
like me, I guess.
I don't struggle but I fight
to death with my own ghosts

I'm so sick in trying
to get it at this point
where I'm about to get old
the sort of things that you
don't want to keep at all
it's like a med for getting worse
I need to switch me off
but my brain wants to turn me on
that's going to burn my head
